Written Years Ago

I wrote this years ago, when I was laying in bed trying to get to sleep because I had to go to a job I hated the next morning…I found it on the post it note I originally wrote it on…oddly enough, it is still relevant…

Step 1:

Bang head against wall

Step 2:

Hope impact on brain will make you change your behaviour

Step 3:

Sit in a corner and cry because of how miserable and disgusted with yourself you are

Step 4:

Freshen up your face, put on a smile and make everybody think you’re perfectly fine – you’re an actor for fucks sake, be believable!

Step 5:

Continue to cry inside if you must, it’s the only acceptable place to indulge in such behaviour
